Wind River Canyon Lodge

Established in 2015, this custom built home featuring 7 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms is located on the banks of the Wind River Canyon. With world class fishing, incredible views, high quality finishes, and exquisite comfort you will discover why the number of guests who return year after year is nearly 100%.

WR Canyon Lodge Deposit Policy: invoices for fishing and lodging packages are issued in December. Deposit invoices are issued only in the name of the individual who is booking the trip, it is the responsibility of that individual to arrange payment details of deposits of their respective parties. 

The required 50% deposit payment of the trip total is due on or before January 30. In the event WRCW&F has not received the full deposit on or before January 30, the dates will be made available to parties on our waiting list. 

Wind River Lodge Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage the purchase of a travel insurance policy, as the old saying goes, “expect the unexpected”. 

A cancellation with less than 60 days’ notice results in the deposit becoming non-refundable. If WRCWF can rebook the trip at the regular rate, you may choose a deposit credit for a rescheduled trip, or a deposit refund, less a 15% transaction fee. Deposits on rescheduled trips become non-refundable. 

In the event of an emergency (medical, life changing event) or extreme weather event, you will receive a deposit credit toward a future trip. Please note, changing water levels are not considered an extreme weather event.   

Date change requests: A request to change a previously scheduled trip will be accommodated when possible. In the event of a date change request, deposit(s) become non-refundable.
