Trip # 1 - Upper Canyon
Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Wind River Canyon, but be ready to get drenched while running exciting rapids such as 1st Damn Rapid, Tunnel Rapid, Blackcoal, Sharpnose and Sphincter! You will definitely get soaking wet on this trip!
Trip time: Approx. 1.5 to 2.0 hours (Depending on river flow.)

Trip # 2 - Lower Canyon
This is our most popular trip! Look for Bighorn sheep and enjoy the sheer beauty of the Wind River Canyon's towering cliffs and vistas, then look out, here come the exciting rapids such as Reverend Pugh Waves, Sacajawea Straits, Chimney Rock, Lone Bear, Screamin' Lizzard, and Washakie Falls!
Trip Time: Approx. 2.0 to 2.5 hours (Depending on river flow.)

Trip # 3 - Full Canyon Lunch Trip
24 hour reservation and deposit required. You will experience the beautiful scenery and all of the rapids of the entire Wind River Canyon on this remarkable trip. This trip includes all the experiences of Trips 1 and 2 plus an excellent lunch at our riverside Tipi campsite. Lunch consists of BBQ New York steak or chicken breast, BBQ beans, salad, fruit, dessert and drinks (lunch menu varies daily). Vegetarian diets can be accommodated upon request.
Trip Time: Approx. 5 hours (Depending on river flow.)
Departs: Daily at 10:00 am

Trip # 4: - Scenic
This trip allows you to view the scenery of the Big Horn Basin area and stay dry! Wildlife and splendid views are abundant on this float.
Trip Time: Approx. 2 hours (depending on river flow).
Departure: Times vary, call for more information.

Deposits:
When making a reservation for
any whitewater trip a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the trip is
required.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If the rafting company cancels a trip, refunds will be given. We reserve
the right to cancel trips due to too high or too low water levels,
inclement weather conditions or not enough clients. Cancellation (by the
client) with less than 14 days notice prior to the date of the trip
results in forfeiture of deposit.
Note: As with our regular trips, groups of 10 or more persons must cancel with 14 days advance notice to receive a refund of their deposit. Cancellation with less than 14 days for a group of 10 persons or more results in forfeiture of deposit. While we realize your number of participants may change, we ask that you kindly keep us informed of the number of people in your group.

river trips by their nature involve a certain amount of risk. Wind River
Canyon Whitewater and their personnel and cooperating agencies* assume
no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, damages, losses or delays to
person or property. We recommend the purchase of an inexpensive travel
insurance plan including accident coverage.
*Cooperating agencies are the Bureau of Reclamation, the Shoshone and Arapaho Tribes, the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Boysen State Park.
